Responsibilities
- Initiate and lead a high volume of new business meetings.
- Engage in prospecting via networking, direct outreach, and cross-selling.
- Utilize Bullhorn to track activities and pipeline.
- Manage daily pipeline to meet forecasted targets.
- Attend regular sales and project kick-off meetings.
- Resolve customer service issues to maintain satisfaction.
Candidate Attributes & Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution.
- 4+ years’ B2B sales/business development experience.
- Proficiency in consultative sales methods for professional services.
- Strong network within the local market and relationship building skills.
