DevSavant is an operating partner for startups and growth-stage companies, helping them turn ambition into execution.

We support founders and leadership teams with product engineering and global staffing, from early prototypes and MVPs to scaling high-performing teams. Our vetted talent across LATAM and Asia embeds directly into client teams, operating as true extensions rather than external vendors.

With over 8 years working in venture-backed ecosystems, DevSavant is trusted to accelerate delivery, scale teams efficiently, and support companies as they reach their next milestone.

About Our Client

Our client is an industry-leading Partner Revenue Management (PRM) platform. They provide software solutions that help enterprise and growth-stage companies manage, optimize, and scale their indirect sales channels and partnership ecosystems.

Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive, results-driven Business Development Representative (BDR) to join a remote sales team in Latin America. In this role, you will lead outbound prospecting efforts across target accounts in North America and international markets.

This role requires a strategic approach: identifying key accounts, understanding partner operations, and multi-threading contacts across organizations to generate qualified opportunities for the sales team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Target Account Sourcing: Identify and source prospective accounts that align with the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).

  • Multi-Threaded Outreach: Execute multi-channel outreach strategies (personalized emails, phone calls, LinkedIn) targeting both senior decision-makers (VPs, CROs) and operational managers (Partner Operations, Partner Marketing).

  • Lead Qualification & Scheduling: Qualify target prospects through initial discovery and schedule product demos for the sales team.

  • CRM & Activity Tracking: Maintain accurate activity logs, pipeline stages, and contact records in Salesforce.

  • Continuous Learning & Adaptability: Proactively build domain expertise by collaborating with internal stakeholders (Sales Engineers, Account Executives) to refine messaging and talk tracks.

  • Quota Attainment: Consistently meet and exceed monthly targets for qualified meetings booked.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • SaaS Sales Experience: 3+ years of experience in outbound B2B SaaS sales targeting US-based or global clients.

  • Industry Familiarity: Prior experience or baseline knowledge in channel sales, indirect sales, or partnership ecosystems is strongly preferred.

  • Proficiency with:

    • Salesforce (or candidate familiarity with standard CRMs like HubSpot)

    • Outreach (or equivalent sales engagement tools)

    • ZoomInfo

    • LinkedIn Sales Navigator

  • Language Skills: Fluent English (written and verbal) for professional engagement with US-based prospects.
