About the Senior Product Education Facilitator Role
As a Senior Product Education Facilitator at DevRev, you will transform modern product education by combining technical depth, AI-driven learning, and human connection. You will design and lead enablement programs that empower Enterprise customers to maximize DevRev's platform across AI, product-led growth, and modern support workflows.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Education & Enablement: Design role-based learning programs, lead live virtual sessions, and tailor content using AI personalization. Build certification and gamified rewards to deepen product fluency.
- Technical Fluency & AI Integration: Explain and demo AI-powered features, translate product capabilities into real-world use cases, and collaborate with product and engineering teams.
- Data-Driven Engagement: Define and report on adoption, engagement and certification metrics using customer learning data.
- Customer Advocacy & Strategic Influence: Build relationships with power users, surface product feedback, and represent DevRevU in customer forums and executive briefings.
Qualifications
- 5–8 years experience in product education, technical training, or enablement in SaaS/enterprise tech.
- Strong technical background (Computer Science, Engineering or related field).
- Working knowledge of AI concepts like large language models and generative AI.
- Proven ability to simplify technical content for varied audiences.
- Experience with modern training tools and LMS platforms.
- Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication skills.
- Willing to travel for customer programs and workshops.
