Virtual Primary Care Provider (NP or PA)
Devoted Health is seeking a compassionate and skilled Advanced Practice Provider (NP/PA) to join our team in a fully remote, full-time capacity. This role offers an exciting opportunity to deliver virtual primary care through an innovative telehealth platform, fostering strong patient relationships while managing chronic conditions, preventive screenings, acute care, and medication management.
About the Role
As a Virtual Primary Care APP, you will provide comprehensive, high-quality care in a virtual setting. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate necessary in-person services like lab work and specialist referrals. We are looking for a healthcare innovator who embraces technology and patient-centered care to improve healthcare delivery.
Your Responsibilities and Impact
- Provide virtual primary care visits, including comprehensive assessments, chronic disease management, preventive screenings, and acute care interventions.
- Diagnose and manage chronic conditions, developing individualized care plans.
- Evaluate and treat acute concerns within the scope of virtual care.
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests, coordinating follow-up care.
- Manage medication prescriptions, ensuring patient adherence and safety.
- Provide health coaching, lifestyle modification guidance, and patient education.
- Identify patients needing referrals or home-based services and facilitate coordination.
- Utilize and provide feedback on the electronic health platform for continuous improvement.
- Participate in clinical case reviews and interdisciplinary collaborations.
- Engage in continuous learning and stay updated on best practices in virtual and primary care.
Required Skills and Experience
- Active Nurse Practitioner (APP) license in good standing in existing or future Devoted States or ability to obtain licensure in multiple states within 90 days of hire.
- Active RN and APRN licenses or active Physician Assistant Licenses.
- Board certification in Family Medicine, Adult-Gerontology, or Internal Medicine.
- Minimum 2 years of primary care, urgent care, or internal medicine experience, preferably with telehealth experience.
- Active BLS certification at time of hire.
- Willingness to work within required shift times (8:30 AM - 5:00 PM MST/PST) and flexibility for future adjustments, including potential weekend shifts.

Compensation and Benefits
The salary range for this position is $120,000 - $155,000 base range, with an additional performance-based bonus of $10,000 - $20,000, for a total compensation range of $120,000 - $170,000.
