The Integrations Manager will join Integration Operations, a key hub for electronic transactions within the Product Management Organization. This team oversees electronic transactions, data specification review and creation, and operational management of Devoted’s system integrations. The role demands expertise in technical system design, building domain knowledge to achieve business goals, and robust vendor and project management to ensure seamless end-to-end integrations.

Your Responsibilities and Impact

• Collaborate with Business, Product Management, Engineering, and Data Science teams to scope, build, and scale new system workflows and data exchanges using technologies like X12, SFTP batch file exchanges, and APIs.
• Own the system and workflow design, data specifications, scoping, development, unit testing, and end-to-end implementation to ensure seamless system integrations.
• Test and validate internal workflows, specifically collaborating on claims processing in Medicare Advantage within healthcare insurance.
• Apply knowledge of payment integrity, benefit configurations, clearinghouses, payment platforms, pharmacy claims, and state agency interactions to ensure accurate and efficient system integrations.
• Redesign and scale integrations using AI and automation to optimize end-to-end system performance, scalability, and accuracy.
• Analyze data to identify workflow, data exchange, and internal process gaps; develop insights and influence stakeholders across Devoted on technical solution and internal processes and tools improvements.
• Partner with vendors and internal business stakeholders to ensure service level agreements (SLAs) and CMS compliance requirements are met, serving as the primary liaison.
• Define, implement, and drive key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure integration success and operational health.
• Create technical and support documentation, standard operating procedures, and best practices.

Required Skills and Experience

• 6+ years of professional experience in program or project management, preferably in a technical environment.
• Strong understanding of healthcare IT systems, including standards like X12/ANSI, HL7, FHIR, XML, SFTP, and APIs, along with familiarity with regulations and industry best practices.
• Experience with project tracking, issue management, and reporting tools such as JIRA or Confluence.
• Strong knowledge of claims processing in healthcare insurance, specifically Medicare Advantage, including benefit configurations, clearinghouses, payment platforms, pharmacy claims, and state agency interactions.
• Experience with integration project lifecycles: system design, testing, deployment, and post-implementation monitoring, with best practices for workflow automation, batch and real-time data exchanges, and partner/vendor integrations.
• Proven ability to analyze complex data sets, derive actionable insights, and develop execution plans, with proficiency in SQL, spreadsheets (e.g., Google Sheets), and data visualization tools.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and critical tasks in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, demonstrating strong technical acumen and a results-oriented mindset.
• Excellent communication skills to influence and collaborate across all levels, aligning with Devoted Health's vision, mission, and values.
• Working knowledge and/or experience with AI systems, automation platforms, and LLM-based agent orchestration frameworks.
