Cloud DevOps Engineer in Hamburg

This role involves supporting a technology-driven bank undergoing digital transformation. You will work closely with business units to support and enhance legacy systems and drive the evolution to modern technologies including AI, Machine Learning and automated trading applications.

Deine Rolle im Team

You will help shape the Cloud strategy and architecture. Collaborate with architects and stakeholders to develop the Cloud platform and support developers transitioning to Private or Public Clouds (primarily Google and Azure).

  • Develop operational standards and best practices
  • Co-develop Cloud platforms with software teams
  • Advise teams on best practices like OWASP Top 10
  • Optimize infrastructure using suitable Cloud services
  • Provide 3rd-level support

Unsere Erwartungen an dich

You should have strong container operations knowledge including Linux, Docker, Git, Terraform and familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Bamboo or Azure DevOps. Proficiency in Cloud Adoption frameworks and infrastructure automation is expected. Good German and English are essential. Additional experience with Kubernetes, Jenkins, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS is an advantage.

Ausbildung & Experience

A relevant degree or equivalent practical experience is required.
