Job Brief
As a Commissioned AI Automation Sales & Client Acquisition professional, your primary mission is to generate, qualify, and book discovery/strategy sessions with businesses primed for AI automation. You will not close the deals; rather, you will deliver a robust pipeline.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute outbound outreach via cold calls, LinkedIn messaging, emails, and DMs.
- Engage leads using AI-assisted scripts with real-time objection handling.
- Qualify prospects against our Ideal Customer Profile.
- Book and confirm discovery/strategy appointments.
- Maintain pipeline in CRM including notes, follow-ups, and metrics.
- Collaborate with marketing/operations to refine messaging and targeting.
- Test flows, A/B scripts, and feedback loops to optimize performance.
- Ensure high show rates and minimize no-shows.
Ideal Traits & Skills
Proven track record in B2B outbound sales, excellent communication skills, resilience, self-driven with a strong work ethic, and comfort with AI and automation technologies. Experience in SaaS, martech, growth agencies, or automation tools is a bonus.
