Deutsche Telekom Global Business Solutions GmbH is a subsidiary of Deutsche Telekom, employing around 70 people in Austria. DTGBS consolidates all telecommunications services, including connecting and networking business locations via MPLS, SD-WAN, and LAN/WAN. We serve as the competence center for Aruba and Versa SD-WAN within Deutsche Telekom, focusing on networking global enterprises. Our clients include major Austrian companies, DAX-listed corporations, and numerous international concerns. DTGBS is dedicated to assisting international companies in their transformation from traditional MPLS to application-optimized infrastructures. We support clients from solution design and implementation in network connectivity (Underlay) and dynamic routing with SD-WAN (Overlay) to security aspects, covering the entire SASE landscape.

Responsibilities

• Independently design, implement, and deploy network solutions and services for SD-WAN and SSE, with a focus on security and documentation of the infrastructures used.
• Possess expertise in ZTNA, SWG, DLP, CASB, and on-premises security.
• Migrate existing solutions to our SASE solution.
• Contribute to the technical product development of the SASE portfolio.
• Support the creation of concepts and service descriptions during the pre-sales phase within projects.
• Engage in problem analysis, 2nd and 3rd level support, and escalation follow-up.
• Ensure the smooth operation, administration, and management of SASE components.
• Prepare evaluations and specifications for innovative new network technologies.

Profile

• Completed technical education (HTL, FH/University), ideally with a focus on telecommunications/network security.
• Work independently within a team, committed to staying current with technology.
• Specialist in network security, ideally with relevant certifications (e.g., CCIE, AASP, AASX, VNX125, VNX326).
• Proficient in troubleshooting, TCP/IP, VPN, IPSec, SD-WAN, SSE, network security, network services, shell scripting, and API control.
• Familiar with the product portfolios of leading network manufacturers.
• Very good command of German and English.

Legally, we refer to a minimum annual salary of €56,644 for full-time employment (38.5 hours) under the collective agreement. The final salary will depend on your individual experience.
