Overview
Your career at Deutsche Börse Group begins as a Customer Test Manager. In this role, you will ensure the readiness and operational integrity of the Customer Test Environment (COB) for fund migration projects.
Area of Work
Work within the Vestima Service Implementation (VSI) Migration Team managing end-to-end customer testing. Collaborate with internal IT teams and external stakeholders for a seamless testing experience.
Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate customer test planning activities.
- Manage testing lifecycle, issue logging, reporting, and escalations.
- Ensure the test environment meets project requirements.
- Communicate with IT teams regarding test configurations.
- Act as primary contact for Clearstream clients.
- Provide updates on testing progress and risks.
- Continuously improve the test environment and document outcomes.
Profile
- Bachelor’s in Finance, Business, IT, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years in financial services or testing roles.
- Understanding of Clearstream business model and funds processes.
- Knowledge of cash/securities settlement and SWIFT standards.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools like JIRA.
- Exceptional communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Fluency in English; additional languages a plus.
