Position Overview
The Technology Risk Function VP role at Deutsche Bank is part of the Divisional Control Office. This team supports Corporate Bank (CB), Investment Bank (IB) and Operations (Ops) by providing insights, assessments and managing IT and IS risks. The focus is on conducting Risk & Control Assessments (RCA) following NFRM guidelines while collaborating closely with the business.
Role Description
This role is the first line Tech Risk function for CB, IB and Ops divisions. You will work with a dynamic team to assess risk profiles, control environments, and deliver comprehensive risk management reporting. The role involves driving key risk discussions, preparing RCA reports, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards such as SOX and ISO27001.
- Evaluate inherent, residual, and control risks
- Coordinate Risk & Control Assessments
- Engage in 1LoD-led RCA meetings
- Prepare detailed RCA reports

Your Key Responsibilities

Your Skills And Experience
- CISA/CRISC or relevant security qualifications
- Experience in risk & controls or internal audit
- Knowledge of SOX/ISO27001 frameworks
- Proven people management and analytical skills
- Proficiency in Excel automation is a plus
