Position Overview

Deutsche Bank Technology, Data and Innovation (TDI) is looking for a Senior Data Engineer in Luxembourg to join our Data & Analytics team. You will work on transforming business processes and technical requirements into workflows that move data from source systems into the local data warehouse and consuming applications.

Responsibilities

  • Understand data requirements and drive data discovery and sourcing.
  • Construct complex SQL queries across various banking & investment product categories.
  • Prepare functional specifications and perform testing of results.
  • Design data quality controls and ensure implementation.
  • Analyze and resolve issues reported by data consumers.

Skills

  • Expertise in IT data analysis, data warehouse principles, and SQL.
  • Understanding of PL/SQL and Wealth Management products.
  • Experience with banking platforms, especially Avaloq.
  • Able to write data mapping, data dictionaries and transformation documents.
  • Excellent English communication skills.
