Role Description
We are seeking highly skilled Python Developers with hands-on experience on RPA tools (Blue Prism, Power Automate Desktop) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in designing, developing, and deploying robust automation solutions that streamline business processes and drive efficiency.

Your Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deliver high-quality, resilient automation solutions, adhering to established coding standards, design patterns, and best practices.
- Collaborate closely with Business Analysts and Solution Architects to analyze, design, and implement automation processes.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation throughout the automation lifecycle.
- Proactively identify and resolve automation-related business and production issues, ensuring seamless operation.
- Demonstrate exceptional self-organization and the ability to work autonomously, translating specifications into effective automation solutions.
- Maintain proficient written and verbal communication skills to articulate technical concepts clearly to diverse audiences.
- Effectively contribute within virtual teams and matrixed organizational structures.
Your Skills And Experience
- Minimum of 6+ years of hands-on experience in automation development and successful project delivery, specifically with Blue Prism (mandatory) and Power Automate Desktop.
- Proficient in Python programming with experience in developing high-quality applications and REST APIs.
- Proven understanding of automation development methodologies and the lifecycle, including identifying automation opportunities, conducting process assessments, and developing scalable bots and applications.
- Extensive practical experience automating across various application types, including Desktop, Web, Mainframe, SAP, and Java-based applications, with a track record of developing at least 20+ automation flows.
- Demonstrated strong debugging and exception-handling skills to ensure robust and resilient automation.
- Proficiency in creating and maintaining essential technical documentation, including Process Design Documents (PDD), Solution Design Documents (SDD), and Test Case documentation.
- Understanding of Power Automate Desktop, encompassing Power Platform Ecosystem knowledge, connector utilization, API/Web Service integration, and proficiency in VB/C#/Python scripting for advanced scenarios.
- Familiarity with project tracking software such as Jira, Git, ServiceNow, and adherence to SDLC controls.
- Problem-Solving: Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills to diagnose and effectively resolve complex technical challenges.
- Collaboration & Communication: Exhibit excellent communication and teamwork abilities, fostering effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
