Responsibilities

  • Identify growth opportunities and deliver clear investment propositions to position Deutsche Bank effectively in the French market.
  • Liaise with local banking authorities to advance eligibility regulations and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.
  • Manage in-country facilities and capabilities essential for the Corporate Cash Management (CCM) franchise.
  • Support local teams, including CCM Sales, local Relationship Managers, and Cash Management Implementation & Service, across all business aspects.
  • Collaborate with support functions such as Operations, IT, Finance, Legal, and Compliance as needed.
  • Direct and guide local Deutsche Bank stakeholders on global cash management vision, with a mandate to continuously shape the product catalogue and manage the local P&L within the bank's risk appetite.
  • Identify regional budget requirements and coordinate with Global Product Managers and Senior Product Management for budget planning and priority setting.
  • Define business requirements, present projects for approval, secure funding, and translate them with stakeholders into tactical delivery.
  • Engage with key clients and market influencers to understand evolving local client demand and position Deutsche Bank strongly with key local decision-makers.
  • Identify opportunities jointly with the business and translate them into executable strategies.
  • Participate as a deal team member in key CCM client pitches.
