Position Overview
The Deutsche Bank PMO Analyst & Project Support Data Analytics Focus role is a crucial position within the IB Transformation team based in Mumbai, India. The role is designed to support strategic initiatives in Investment Banking through project management, data analytics and governance.

Your Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Tracking project milestones, deadlines, deliverables, and resources across the lifecycle
- Updating project management tools like dbClarity and maintaining project artifacts in SharePoint
- Preparing monthly workstream reports and documentation for Steering Committees
- Collaborating with stakeholders to ensure cohesive and efficient project execution
Data Analysis & Reporting
You will develop dynamic Power BI dashboards, create reports using Power Query, and apply basic Python scripting to automate routine data tasks.
Scope & Governance
Support central governance frameworks, monitor defined project criteria, and consolidate lessons learned for continuous improvement.
Your Skills And Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, IT, or related field
- Understanding of Program Management methodologies and exposure to frameworks like Prince2, PMP, or Agile
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel, Power BI, Power Query, and basic Python
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders
- Experience in delivering change within Financial Markets/Investment Banking
