About the Department

Join our Private Clients Bank team to automate, digitize, and optimize business processes within Service Solutions & Operations. From address changes to ordering duplicate statements – in our process automation teams, we shape the future of operational workflows – efficiently, digitally, and customer-centrically. You can expect a dedicated team responsible for a central interface between business and IT departments, actively contributing to Deutsche Bank's digital transformation. Support us in analyzing and optimizing complex processes, rethinking them through intelligent automation solutions, and significantly contributing to the scaling of our automation platforms.

Your Responsibilities

• Understand and Optimize Business Processes: Analyze business processes – from customer request, through various sales channels, to the fulfillment of the request in Service Solutions & Operations – and identify opportunities for automation and optimization.
• Combine Technology Approaches: Utilize and combine diverse technology approaches to best digitize business processes in Service Solutions & Operations.
• Define Requirements and Accompany Implementation: Create requirements and models for technical implementations and accompany the entire implementation cycle; from implementation, through testing, to the introduction of new automations into productive operation.
• Take Responsibility and Strengthen Collaboration: Take responsibility for the delivery and entire lifecycle of established solutions, working closely with business and IT departments.
• Make a Strategic Contribution: Contribute to the realization of our group strategy by jointly improving customer experiences and optimizing processes.

Your Skills and Experience

• A completed degree or comparable qualification in a relevant field such as Business Informatics, Business Administration, or a related subject.
• Excellent analytical understanding, structured way of working, and a high degree of initiative.
• Ability and motivation to analyze, visualize, and optimize process flows.
• Initial experience and know-how in applying BPMN or RPA technologies (e.g., Camunda or Blue Prism) is an advantage.
• Very good communication skills in German and English are required.
