Overview

Deutsche Bank Global Technology in Bucharest is seeking a Lead Senior Software Engineer to join our Accounting Domain. As part of a dynamic new squad, you will design, implement, and maintain high-quality technology solutions in a hands-on engineering role.

Responsibilities

  • Lead analysis, design, code reviews, and release activities.
  • Work closely with Business stakeholders, Tribe Lead, Product Owner, and Lead Architect.
  • Translate functional business needs into technical solutions.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and technical developments.

Mandatory Skills

  • Proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, and SQL/PLSQL.
  • Experience with Kubernetes, OpenShift, and container platforms.
  • Knowledge of Oracle, Redis/Hazelcast, and data modeling.
  • Familiarity with message queues (RabbitMQ/IBM MQ, JMS) and data streaming (Kafka, Pub-sub).
  • Exposure to cloud platforms such as GCP, AWS, or Azure.
  • Experience working with APIs and data formats like JSON, XML, YAML, Parquet.
