Job Description
About the Role
The Insider Risk Management Lead at Deutsche Bank is responsible for building, leading, and mentoring a high-performing team of Insider Risk Management analysts and specialists within the Chief Security Office. This role plays a pivotal role in protecting Deutsche Bank's sensitive data and intellectual property by preventing, detecting, and responding to insider threats.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of IRM specialists.
- Contribute to strategic development of the IRM program and define policies and procedures.
- Oversee monitoring and coordinate responses with Cyber Incident Response teams.
- Develop and present reports on risk posture, key metrics, and incident trends.
- Ensure comprehensive documentation of incidents and program configurations.
- Stay updated on insider threat landscapes and recommend process improvements.
Required Skills & Expertise
- Strong background in cybersecurity and information security.
- Experience with tools like Splunk, Sentinel, Purview, and UEBA systems.
- Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
- Analytical skills to interpret complex data and identify threat patterns.
- Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, GCIH/GIAC, or CompTIA Security+ are a plus.
- Good understanding of data privacy regulations and standards (GDPR, DORA, NIST, ISO27001).
