Overview
The Data Strategy & Governance Analyst role at Deutsche Bank is part of the Chief Data Office (CDO) within the Technology, Data and Innovation (TDI) division. The role focuses on developing the group-wide data strategy, managing governance processes, and supporting strategic initiatives with a strong emphasis on project and stakeholder management.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the development of the group-wide data strategy.
- Work with the Head of CDO Office to drive strategic and operational goals.
- Assist in defining CDO priorities and ensure their effective implementation.
- Prepare and follow up on cross-functional meetings and governance committees.
- Create analyses and decision-making documents for projects.
- Manage ad-hoc requests from CDO Senior Management.
Required Skills and Experience
- Initial experience in strategy, change management, and governance.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to structure complex tasks.
- Experience collaborating with senior stakeholders with diverse interests.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills in English.
- Ability to deliver quality results under pressure and tight deadlines.
