Position Overview

This internal role as a Business Management Specialist VP at Deutsche Bank focuses on aligning business operations with the bank's mission and goals by driving strategy, planning, and performance analysis. The role supports COO functions by researching industry trends, forecasting, budgeting, and implementing improvement initiatives.

Role Description

  • Analyze industry and competitive trends to identify market opportunities.
  • Develop forecasting models, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
  • Synthesize business insights for divisional stakeholders.
  • Engage with internal teams and external stakeholders including regulators and auditors.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Drive business operations strategy and transformation in collaboration with India COO and global management.
  • Create and maintain governance structures and management decks.
  • Perform performance indicator analytics tied to Balance Score Card metrics.
  • Work cross-functionally with teams across DCO, COO, Business Management, and HR.
  • Participate in YE Compensation governance and develop senior management decks.

Your Skills And Experience

  • CA/MBA/Bachelors with 10+ years of experience.
  • Strong presentation and management deck skills with experience in senior stakeholder meetings.
  • Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and Word.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience in a matrix organization within the Financial Services industry.
  • Strong interpersonal, analytical, and problem solving abilities.
