Your Key Responsibilities
- Preparation of Employee Trackers, Org Charts, and MIS reports.
- Support onboarding tasks for new joiners in LUX location.
- Act as the single point of contact for external vendor management for leased cars.
- Process PR/PO and Invoices using the designated tool.
- Maintain forms, KODs, policies, and procedures on SharePoint.
Your Skills And Experience
Technical Skills: Strong analytical aptitude, advanced Excel knowledge, excellent communication skills in English, and robust financial sector understanding.
Behavioral Skills: Structured, strategic thinker; approachable; client oriented; proficient in communicating with senior management.
