Business Finance Analyst, Analyst - Deutsche Bank (Mumbai, India)

Corporate Bank Central Team
The Corporate Bank Central team encompasses Business Management, Divisional Control Office, KYC, Vendor Management, and other central functions. Business Management activities are diverse, including strategic business planning, financial control and reporting, liaison with control functions, headcount and compensation management, IT and Operations service management, and coordination of business case approvals and project sponsorships.

Your Key Responsibilities
- Support FTE/Headcount Management, including FTE administration and associated people processes.
- Ensure timely closure of controls and governance related to FTEs within various HR systems.
- Undertake broader responsibilities within CB based on management priorities.
- Provide insights into CB businesses through regular and ad-hoc support on FTE & HC topics.
Your Skills And Experience
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in business management or FTE management.
- Postgraduate degree in Finance, or a CA/CPA qualification.
- Proficiency in analysis and process assessment.
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills, including advanced Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written).
- German language skills are a plus but not mandatory.
- Ability to be a self-starter, work independently, manage workload, and communicate progress and issues clearly and timely.
