Join Deutsche Bank in Pune, India as an AI Requirements Engineer - Senior Engineer AVP. You will bridge business needs with AI technical solutions in our Service Solutions and AI Domain. This role is key to transforming Private Bank processes through innovative AI applications.

Your Key Responsibilities
- Business & AI Opportunity Identification: Identify AI opportunities and articulate value propositions.
- Requirements Leadership: Lead elicitation, analysis, and documentation using tools like Jira and Confluence.
- AI Solution Design: Translate business needs into technical concepts and contribute to UI/UX design.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Act as liaison between business and technical teams, resolving conflicts.
- Data & Testing: Assess data readiness, support UAT, and optimize performance metrics.
- Compliance & Change Management: Ensure regulatory compliance and drive user adoption of AI solutions.
Your Skills And Experience
- Academic background in Business, IT, or Computer Science.
- 8+ years in Business Analysis or similar roles, ideally in AI/ML domains.
- Proficiency in requirements gathering, process modeling, and documentation.
- Strong analytical and communication skills to bridge business and technical teams.
- Familiarity with AI concepts, data analysis, and agile methodologies.
- Experience in financial services, especially Private Banking, is a plus.
