Position Overview
The Administrative Assistant, LatAm supports the Latin America Coverage Group within Origination & Advisory at Deutsche Bank. This role supports the Group Head and Managing Directors, collaborating with coverage partners across regional offices.

What You’ll Do
- Coordinate international/domestic travel and hotel arrangements with detailed itineraries and expense processing.
- Schedule meetings, reserve conference rooms, and arrange catering.
- Assist in onboarding and offboarding processes, including desk coordination and ID creation.
- Support the Group Head and Business Manager with PowerPoint and Excel presentations.
- Organize client and team events, process invoices, and ensure timely follow-up.
Skills You’ll Need
- College degree.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish with strong communication skills.
- Ability to meet time-sensitive deadlines and work proactively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Expectations
This position is based in the New York, NY office and requires onsite work five days a week in accordance with Deutsche Bank's operational model.
Additional Information
