Position Overview

The Administrative Assistant, LatAm supports the Latin America Coverage Group within Origination & Advisory at Deutsche Bank. This role supports the Group Head and Managing Directors, collaborating with coverage partners across regional offices.

What You’ll Do

  • Coordinate international/domestic travel and hotel arrangements with detailed itineraries and expense processing.
  • Schedule meetings, reserve conference rooms, and arrange catering.
  • Assist in onboarding and offboarding processes, including desk coordination and ID creation.
  • Support the Group Head and Business Manager with PowerPoint and Excel presentations.
  • Organize client and team events, process invoices, and ensure timely follow-up.

Skills You’ll Need

  • College degree.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish with strong communication skills.
  • Ability to meet time-sensitive deadlines and work proactively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Additional Information
