Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot core network infrastructure including Firewall, L2/L3 Switches, Storage, Servers, Wi-Fi AP, CCTV, etc.
- Configure and manage applications such as DNS, DHCP, NTP, proxy, etc.
- Troubleshoot hardware/software issues in Computers/Laptops, Printers, etc.
- Implement and manage data backup and assist in data recovery during failures.
- Perform any other assigned duties.
Qualifications
- Engineering Graduate/Engineering Diploma in Information Technology/Computer Science stream or equivalent.
- Minimum 05 years of experience for Engineering Graduates, or 07 years for Engineering Diploma holders, in the management and installation of IT infrastructure.
