Training Locations
You may train in Bruchsal, Heidelberg, Karlsruhe, Landau in der Pfalz, Ludwigshafen am Rhein, Mannheim, Neustadt an der Weinstraße, or Rastatt. The vocational school and training workshop are located in Karlsruhe.
What to Expect
- Hands-on work in the rail network with a team.
- Maintenance and repair of signals, switch motors, and railway crossings.
- Analyzing and resolving technical faults in operating technology.
- Learning measurement, testing and diagnostic procedures.
Your Profile
- Successfully completed or about to complete secondary education.
- Passion for math, physics, and informatics.
- Manual aptitude and interest in electronic components.
- Methodical, independent, and team-oriented work style.
