Job Description

Detroit Defense is seeking an Acquisition Logistics Analyst with experience in life cycle logistics planning and execution to facilitate DoD acquisition and sustainment of a new Army platform. The successful candidate will work with government employees and contractors, participate in working groups and IPTs, and produce logistics support products under strict guidelines.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, coordinate and execute Life Cycle Logistics support.
• Create, update, and review Integrated Logistics Support products and related documentation.
• Conduct analyses including RAM, Life Cycle Cost, and FMECA.
• Assist with equipment publications and the development of technical manuals.
• Participate in IPTs and support acquisition milestone activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or 10 years of relevant military/Government experience.
• Experience with creating and maintaining Acquisition Documentation.
• In-depth understanding of Life Cycle Logistics regulations and DoD policies.
• Familiarity with the DoD’s Integrated Product Support Element.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government Secret Clearance.
