The Coordination of Development and Applications is seeking an experienced technical leader to assume the position of Head of the Application Approval Division. This role acts as the strategic "Quality Gate" of the organization, centralizing the control, execution, and evaluation of all testing and validation activities. The objective is to ensure the reliability, security, and usability of systems that impact millions of citizens, guaranteeing that only robust solutions adhering to standards go into production. We are looking for a profile with a strong quality culture, analytical vision, and the ability to modernize testing pipelines.

Responsibilities and Challenges:

• Leadership and Planning: Lead the Division's team, planning, conducting, and supervising all validations and tests of developed applications.
• Quality and Automation Strategy: Conduct security, performance, usability, and integration tests, implementing the use of automated methodologies and modern testing tools.
• Incident Management and Audit: Identify, categorize, and report failures or vulnerabilities, maintaining detailed records (logs and histories) to ensure full transparency, traceability of corrections, and auditability.
• Compliance and Security: Rigorously validate the adherence of applications to regulatory requirements and good cybersecurity practices, mitigating legal and operational risks for the State.
• Approval for Production (Go-Live): Act as the final technical authority in issuing opinions and attestations on the suitability of applications for production entry, based on quality and stability criteria.
• Continuous Improvement: Propose evolutions in the homologation process, adopt new tools, and promote continuous technical training for the team.

Requirements and Desired Profile:

• Solid experience in Software Quality (QA), Test Engineering, or System Homologation.
• Previous experience in technical leadership or management of quality/testing teams.
• Profound knowledge of testing methodologies (manual and automated), load testing, performance, and security.
• Familiarity with automation tools (e.g., Cypress, Selenium, JMeter, etc.) and defect/project management.
• Knowledge of good cybersecurity practices and regulatory requirements validation.
• Analytical capacity to issue grounded technical opinions and collaborate with development and architecture teams.
• Commitment to delivering high-impact and reliable solutions for public service.

Hiring Model and Location:

• Regime: Commissioned Position. (Statutory nature linkage, governed by LC No. 1.395/2023)
• Format: 100% On-site Work.
• Location: São Paulo-SP.

Remuneration and Benefits:

• Salary: R$ 9,639.50 (gross monthly).
• Meal Voucher: R$ 534.00 per month.
• Meal Allowance: R$ 38.00 per business day (approx. R$ 836.00/month).
• Health Plan: IAMSPE
