About the Role

As a Member and Client Experience Advisor, you will enhance the member and client experience by providing guidance on banking transactions and promoting Desjardins products and services. You will also act as an ambassador for digital solutions, assisting members in securely using technological tools.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist members and clients with their operations and transactions, identifying opportunities to inform them about existing applications and technological tools to foster their autonomy.
  • Greet members and clients courteously and dynamically, quickly identify their needs, and direct them to the appropriate people or channels.
  • Contribute to business development and relationship maintenance through service delivery and various activities.
  • Support members and clients who have experienced fraud or irregularities, ensuring they are directed to designated partners.
  • Collaborate with personal finance advisors to improve the service offered to members.
