About the Role
As a Marketing Communications Advisor at Desjardins, you will significantly contribute to B2B initiatives supporting business development, wealth management, and the Trust's mandate. This dynamic role involves structuring marketing tools, creating compelling and relevant content, optimizing digital platforms, and streamlining the RFP process. Your ability to translate complex financial concepts into clear, high-quality marketing assets will directly support the growth of Desjardins' teams.
Key Responsibilities
- B2B Marketing and Business Development Support: Produce and update French/English marketing content including presentations, fact sheets, talking points, emails, LinkedIn posts, and team bios. Adapt messages for specific business development and wealth management target audiences. Modernize and ensure consistency of sales tools for account managers. Collaborate closely with Products, Trust, Sales, Compliance, and Digital Marketing teams.
- Web Platform and Content (including Editorial Governance): Contribute to the strategy and development of web content on www.desjardinsfunds.com, specifically for the Trust. Create and optimize educational and technical content such as FAQs, glossaries, and offer explanations. Monitor web indicators (traffic and engagement) and propose UX/SEO enhancements. Maintain high FR/EN language quality, visual consistency, and compliance with regulatory standards. Implement rigorous editorial governance, including version control, content structure, and compliance. Work with external agencies, designers, and translators to deliver high-quality assets.
- Trust Mandate: Implement, structure, and maintain a comprehensive RFP database. Develop master templates for letters, appendixes, presentation templates, and sample responses. Coordinate information gathering and ensure the editorial and regulatory quality of all deliverables. Actively participate in the growth strategy, particularly in Ontario. Develop robust proof points like case studies and "Why do business with us" fact sheets, tailored for the Ontario market. Contribute to visibility initiatives through speaking engagements, partnerships, and presence in relevant networks.

What You Bring
- Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of four years of relevant experience in B2B marketing or communications, demonstrating high autonomy, structure, and editorial rigor.
- Proficiency in French is required, with expert writing skills in both French and English.
- Ability to clearly explain financial content, including products and AMF framework.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools.
- Knowledge of the trust or wealth management sectors.
