About the Role: Advisory Agent, Member and Client Experience
As an Advisory Agent, Member and Client Experience at Desjardins, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the member and client experience. This involves providing expert advice on banking transactions and actively promoting Desjardins products and services. You will also serve as a key ambassador for digital solutions, guiding members on how to safely and effectively use technological tools.
Specifically, your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting members and clients by informing them about existing applications and technological tools that facilitate independent transactions and operations.
- Contributing to business development and fostering strong business relationships through exceptional service delivery and engagement activities.
- Assisting members and clients who have encountered fraud or irregularities, ensuring they are promptly referred to the appropriate internal partners for resolution.
