About the Adjoint administratif Administration Role
At Desjardins, as an Adjoint administratif Administration, you contribute to various administrative activities within your sector. You provide essential support to a senior director or a director reporting to a vice-president by managing administrative and secretarial tasks, and by supporting other unit resources as needed.
Main Responsibilities
- Drafting, formatting, updating, producing and revising informational documents.
- Managing internal administrative tasks such as tracking sales, dashboards, expense accounts, inventory, and performance evaluations.
- Supporting the manager with agenda management, handling calls, emails, and mail correspondence.
- Preparing for and assisting in meetings, including management committee meetings; drafting minutes and following up on actions.
- Organizing logistics for team meetings, committees, assemblies, travel, and public relations events.
- Assisting in annual budget preparation and ongoing budget tracking, including analysis and justification of variances.

Candidate Profile
- College diploma (DEC technique) in a relevant field.
- At least one year of relevant experience (other combinations considered if relevant).
- Expert-level proficiency in English due to task requirements and interactions with anglophone partners and clients.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to adapt approach based on situation.
- Proactive, autonomous, and client-oriented with excellent planning and coordination abilities.
