Job Overview
The Paid Media Strategist at Designity will drive lead generation, brand awareness and revenue growth through data-driven paid media campaigns. This hybrid role involves managing both Designity’s internal paid media efforts and supporting strategic client campaigns across industries.
Primary Responsibilities
- Develop and execute paid media strategies across Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta, Reddit, X, programmatic advertising, and emerging channels.
- Create and optimize ad copy and creatives to boost engagement and conversions.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align paid campaigns with organic growth strategies.
- Conduct A/B testing to refine audience targeting, messaging, and bidding strategies.
- Monitor key performance metrics and optimize campaigns for maximum ROAS.
- Manage ad budgets efficiently and implement retargeting strategies to engage high-intent prospects.
- Support Account-Based Marketing (ABM) with personalized, hyper-targeted ad campaigns.
Requirements
- 5+ years in paid media, PPC or performance marketing for B2B and B2C brands.
- Proven success in lead generation and pipeline acceleration.
- Expertise in Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads and paid social strategies.
- Strong understanding of conversion tracking, attribution models and performance analytics.
- Experience using AI tools for campaign performance and audience targeting.
- Experience with CRM platforms like HubSpot and Salesforce and marketing automation tools.
