As our Digital Marketing Expert, you will be instrumental in leading marketing audits for a diverse range of clients. You will transform complex performance data into clear, practical strategies, evaluating everything from SEO and paid media to content, email, and social. Your role involves building structured roadmaps that enable brands to improve results, sharpen positioning, and achieve confident growth. Furthermore, you will integrate AI-powered tools to enhance automation, refine targeting, and uncover deeper insights as the digital landscape continuously evolves. Your Impact as a Digital Marketing Expert
- Lead end-to-end digital marketing audits across SEO, paid media, content, email, and social channels.
- Evaluate multi-channel performance to pinpoint quick wins and long-term strategic opportunities.
- Create structured, actionable marketing roadmaps that clients can effectively execute.
- Assess website and SEO health, including technical SEO, user experience (UX), and overall site performance.
- Review and optimize paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, and LinkedIn for maximum efficiency and impact.
- Improve content and email strategies to significantly increase engagement, conversion rates, and customer retention.
- Benchmark competitor activity to uncover critical growth gaps and advantageous positioning opportunities.
- Apply cutting-edge AI-powered marketing tools to support automation, personalization, and advanced reporting.
- Translate complex analytics into clear, concise recommendations for both marketing teams and executive leadership.
- Partner with internal Creative Directors and teams to ensure seamless alignment of strategy with strong execution.
- Stay continuously current on digital marketing trends, platforms, and best practices to keep clients ahead of the curve.
What You'll Bring to Designity
- 7+ years of extensive experience in digital marketing strategy, consulting, or performance marketing.
- Strong proven experience in auditing and optimizing multi-channel marketing programs.
- Deep foundational and practical knowledge of SEO, paid media, content marketing, email marketing, and comprehensive funnel strategy.
- Confidence and proficiency with analytics and insight tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, HubSpot, and similar industry-standard platforms.
- Hands-on familiarity and practical experience with AI-driven marketing tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Jasper, HubSpot AI, Persado, Phrasee, or comparable solutions).
- A demonstrated ability to connect performance data directly to real business outcomes and actionable next steps.
- Excellent client-facing communication skills, capable of simplifying complex ideas without oversimplification.
- Strong prioritization skills and comfort in managing multiple projects and engaging with various stakeholders simultaneously.
- A strategic mindset characterized by a continuous test-and-learn approach to optimization.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a closely related field (Master’s preferred).
As we partner closely with clients across the U.S., we ask for at least 6 hours of overlap with U.S. Eastern Time (EST) to make collaboration easy and effective.
