Primary Responsibilities

  • Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting via calls, emails, and LinkedIn.
  • Utilize AI-powered sales tools like Outreach, SalesLoft, and HubSpot.
  • Research key decision-makers using AI-driven insights.
  • Craft and refine personalized outreach messaging.
  • Qualify leads and assess their fit for Designity’s services.
  • Set up high-quality meetings and demo calls for Account Executives.
  • Maintain follow-up process with lead nurturing techniques.
  • Log outreach activity and pipeline progress accurately in the CRM.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and AI-driven sales strategies.

Requirements

  • 3-4 years in B2B sales, lead generation, or business development.
  • Deep understanding of AI-driven sales tools for automation and lead management.
  • Proven ability to exceed outbound prospecting targets.
  • Strong communication and persuasive outreach skills.
  • Experience in managing structured follow-ups and nurturing leads.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or Apollo.
  • Availability during 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. U.S. Eastern Time (EST) or equivalent overlap if remote.
