As a B2B Senior Business Development Representative at Designity, you will play a key role in identifying, engaging, and qualifying potential clients through high-volume outbound prospecting, leveraging AI-powered tools to personalize messaging and optimize lead qualification.

Primary Responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting via calls, emails, and LinkedIn.
- Utilize AI-powered sales tools like Outreach, SalesLoft, and HubSpot.
- Research key decision-makers using AI-driven insights.
- Craft and refine personalized outreach messaging.
- Qualify leads and assess their fit for Designity’s services.
- Set up high-quality meetings and demo calls for Account Executives.
- Maintain follow-up process with lead nurturing techniques.
- Log outreach activity and pipeline progress accurately in the CRM.
- Stay updated on industry trends and AI-driven sales strategies.
Requirements
- 3-4 years in B2B sales, lead generation, or business development.
- Deep understanding of AI-driven sales tools for automation and lead management.
- Proven ability to exceed outbound prospecting targets.
- Strong communication and persuasive outreach skills.
- Experience in managing structured follow-ups and nurturing leads.
- Proficiency in CRM systems such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or Apollo.
- Availability during 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. U.S. Eastern Time (EST) or equivalent overlap if remote.
