About the Role
As an AI-Powered Senior Business Development Representative at Designity, you will play a key role in identifying, engaging, and qualifying potential clients. You will leverage AI-powered tools to enhance outreach, personalize messaging, and optimize lead qualification to expand Designity’s client base and accelerate revenue growth.
Responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting via calls, emails, and LinkedIn
- Utilize AI-powered sales tools like Outreach, SalesLoft, and HubSpot
- Research and target key decision-makers with AI-driven insights
- Craft and refine personalized outreach messaging
- Qualify leads and set up high-quality meetings for Account Executives
- Maintain structured follow-up and log activities in CRM systems
- Stay updated on industry trends and AI-driven sales strategies
Requirements
3-4 years of B2B sales, lead generation, or business development experience; proficiency with AI-driven sales tools and CRM systems; excellent communication and outreach skills; ability to work during U.S. Eastern Time hours.
