As a AI Powered Senior Business Development Representative at Designity, you will play a key role in identifying, engaging, and qualifying potential clients. You will execute outbound prospecting strategies, initiate conversations with decision makers, and set up high quality sales opportunities using advanced AI tools.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Conduct high volume outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn prospecting.
  • Leverage AI powered tools like Outreach, SalesLoft, and HubSpot.
  • Research and identify decision makers using AI driven insights.
  • Craft and refine personalized outreach messaging.
  • Qualify leads based on business needs and challenges.
  • Set up high quality meetings and demo calls.
  • Maintain structured follow-up and lead nurturing processes.
  • Log activity and pipeline progress accurately in CRM systems.
  • Keep abreast of industry trends and AI driven sales advancements.

Requirements

  • 3-4 years experience in B2B sales, lead generation, or business development.
  • Strong grasp of AI driven sales tools such as Outreach, SalesLoft, and HubSpot.
  • Proven ability to meet outbound prospecting targets.
  • Excellent communication and persuasive messaging skills.
  • Experience with CRM systems like HubSpot, Salesforce, or Apollo.
  • Must have availability from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. US Eastern Time.

Compensation

OTE: $40,000 - $75,000 USD (base + commissions).
