About This Role
The Executive Assistant supports frontline services and strategic priorities by providing high level administrative and secretariat support to the Executive Director's Office within the North and West Metropolitan Area.
Some Of Your Duties Will Include
- Providing confidential and timely administrative support including diary, email and meeting management.
- Preparing, reviewing, and monitoring written correspondence such as memorandums, briefs, letters, emails, and staff communications.
- Offering secretariat support to working groups and committees by arranging meetings and forums, coordinating papers, organizing venues, preparing agendas, taking minutes, and tracking actions.
- Contributing to projects and identifying process improvements.
About You
You have demonstrated knowledge and expertise in providing administrative and secretariat support. You are experienced in creating, implementing and managing administrative processes and have the ability to initiate process changes as required.
