About This Role
Utilise your administrative expertise to provide support and advice to the Gaming and Liquor branch. This is an ongoing, full-time opportunity to work with a high-performing and passionate team in the Victorian Public Service at VPS Grade 4 with a salary range of $97,955 - $111,142 plus superannuation.
About The Business Unit
Gaming and Liquor (G&L) advises the Minister for Casino, Gaming & Liquor Regulation on development and implementation of liquor and gambling legislation and regulation. The unit is responsible for the Victorian Government's strategic response to liquor and gambling issues and manages various gambling licensing processes.
About The Role
The Executive Assistant provides high level executive support to Gaming and Liquor's Executive Director, three Directors, Senior Leadership team and the broader business unit.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily diaries and provide administrative assistance.
- Monitor and action emails including meeting requests with confidentiality.
- Prepare and distribute meeting packs, agendas, and PowerPoint presentations.
- Collaborate with internal and external teams to gather relevant content.
About You
The ideal candidate has proven experience in diary management, executive support and excellent interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Adobe, PowerPoint, Excel) is essential.
Qualifications/Requirements
No mandatory qualifications are required, though relevant experience is advantageous.
