About Performance Strategist at dentsu
Dentsu is a global agency network in marketing and advertising, founded in 1901 in Tokyo and present in more than 145 countries. The role supports colleagues and clients with digital performance strategies, focusing on Paid Search and Social in national and international campaigns.
Your Responsibilities
You will serve as the primary contact for internal consulting and clients in digital performance. You will:
- Create recommendations for digital performance channels based on client briefings.
- Prepare and present customer and new business presentations.
- Perform account audits and analysis to improve performance, keeping key metrics and budgets in check.
- Identify new opportunities via market and competitor analyses.
- Manage Paid Search and Paid Social campaigns from conception to evaluation.
- Collaborate with external partners (Google, Bing, Facebook, Twitter, Amazon) and internal teams.
- Contribute innovative ideas based on emerging digital trends.
Your Skills
Requirements include solid experience in SEA (or Paid Social/E-Commerce), an understanding of online, performance, search and display advertising, and digital marketing tools (including AI, GA4, and sistrix). A background in business, economics, media, or related fields is expected along with strong analytical, presentation, and communication skills. Fluency in English and proficiency in MS Office are essential.
