About the Role

The Business Analyst role at Merkle Aotearoa is a fixed term position in Auckland until September 2026. As a full time position, you will be working on an enterprise level digital transformation project, delivering connected experiences and innovative solutions using Salesforce and technology ecosystem improvements.

Responsibilities

  • Support delivery of products using agile techniques.
  • Build relationships and facilitate workshops for requirements gathering.
  • Develop business requirements and identify process improvement opportunities.
  • Express outcomes through quality user stories and acceptance criteria.
  • Collaborate with clients and product owners for prioritisation.
  • Assist teams with design, development, and risk escalation.
  • Support project documentation in line with organisational standards.

About You

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with enterprise experience in CRM, ERP or similar digital solutions. Experience in consulting, professional services or financial services is desirable. You should be knowledgeable in SDLC, agile environments, and human centred design, with strong English communication skills for facilitating workshops and producing documentation.
