Your Role
This role blends business analysis with project delivery. As a Business Analyst, you will gather requirements, facilitate discovery workshops, and translate business needs into design documents. As a Delivery Lead, you will manage projects using agile frameworks, act as a scrum master, coach teams, and ensure timely delivery of quality products.
Responsibilities
- Business Analyst: Support agile delivery, facilitate workshops, develop business requirements, analyze processes, and write user stories with acceptance criteria.
- Delivery Lead: Plan, manage, and deliver projects, facilitate agile ceremonies, lead scrum teams, and maintain stakeholder communications.
A Bit About You
Applicants should have at least 5 years’ experience in a similar role, preferably with agile project management skills and familiarity with SDLC and human-centered design. Excellent communication, facilitation, and documentation skills are essential, along with the ability to lead workshops and engage stakeholders.
