The wage for this Dental Administrator position is $17.60-$29.30/per hour depending on skills, experience, and location.

Your Role:
- Welcome and assist patients upon arrival, creating a warm and positive first impression.
- Optimize the daily appointment schedule to ensure full utilization with minimal gaps.
- Effectively manage the recall system and maintain accurate, up-to-date patient records.
- Handle incoming patient calls and inquiries, including appointment scheduling, confirmations, changes, and cancellations.
- Process referral letters and other patient correspondence from providers; organize, manage, and file all patient records and charts.
- Proactively manage potential cancellations and address objections to encourage patients to keep their appointments.
- Complete patient billing following treatment, process payments, submit insurance claims, and respond to fee inquiries in a professional and positive manner.
About You:
- Minimum 1 year of Dental Administration experience is required.
- Experience with dental software programs is required.
- Clinical background is considered an asset.
