Financial Accountant

Are you a qualified accountant with a sharp eye for detail and a passion for driving financial excellence? We’re looking for a proactive and technically strong Financial Accountant to join our Finance team in Warwick!

What You’ll Do

  • Lead month-end reporting and statutory accounts preparation under FRS102
  • Manage intercompany processes and balance sheet reconciliations
  • Own management accounts for our Parts division and support OE stock accounting
  • Oversee tax compliance, VAT, PAYE/NIC, and liaise with external auditors and tax advisors
  • Support budgeting and forecasting cycles, including cash flow and balance sheet planning
  • Supervise a small team including Payroll, Purchase Ledger, and Accounts Admin

What You’ll Bring

  • ACA or ACCA qualification
  • Strong knowledge of UK accounting standards, audit, and tax
  • Experience in a £100m+ turnover business (ideally manufacturing)
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and team collaboration skills
  • Willingness to travel (including to the Netherlands) and work from our Warwick office at least 3 days a week
