Job Description
Senior Principal Enterprise AI Change & Enablement
Join Deltek to drive our AI-First transformation as a Senior Principal, Enterprise AI Change & Enablement. This pivotal role involves designing and scaling the essential behavior change, leadership activation, and enablement systems required for our AI-First transformation. You'll operate at an enterprise level, collaborating with senior leaders to model new operational paradigms, define AI-first behaviors, and establish the standards, playbooks, and communities that ensure sustainable and repeatable AI adoption across the organization.
Responsibilities
- Lead enterprise change management for AI initiatives, focusing on behavioral and mindset shifts for AI fluency.
- Develop a comprehensive enterprise AI-First change strategy, including a prioritized behavior shift roadmap and value-linked adoption plans.
- Create and maintain enterprise AI enablement standards, messaging frameworks, and repeatable playbooks.
- Activate business leaders by modeling new ways of working and AI-first behaviors.
- Partner with business leaders to operationalize redesigned AI-first processes.
- Design and deliver hands-on learning and activation experiences.
- Collaborate with Global Learning and business units to facilitate AI learning journeys.
- Build and oversee the enterprise AI community strategy.
Qualifications
- 9+ years of experience in enterprise change management (Prosci or equivalent), transformation, or enablement roles.
- Proven ability to influence senior leaders and scale change across complex organizations.
- Strong capability to translate technical concepts into clear business value for diverse audiences.
- Demonstrated executive influence and coaching skills.
- Excellent facilitation, storytelling, and enablement design skills.
- Robust data and analytics capabilities, including behavioral metrics and sentiment interpretation.
- Deep understanding of AI concepts, enterprise AI tools, and responsible AI principles.
- Proficiency in building and leveraging AI tools within change management and enablement workflows.
