Senior Product Owner
Join Delta’s Airport Customer Service Tools & Technology Team at the Delta Technology Hub. You will be focused on Infor WFM, playing a critical role in supporting and enhancing the application, MyDeltaDay. MyDeltaDay is used by 40,000 Airport Customer Service employees to manage their shift schedule. We are looking for a proactive and technically skilled professional to lead application support, configuration, and integration.
Successful candidates must be able to operate with minimal supervision and translate conceptual ideas into actionable plans. They will:
- Lead full lifecycle system enhancements, support and maintenance
- Manage incidents and problem resolution using ITSM tools like ServiceNow
- Translate business needs into functional and technical design specifications
- Configure and test Infor WFM
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure success
- Perform troubleshooting using hyper-find queries, genies and reports
- Maintain DEV Environments and support user acceptance testing
- Create and update documentation including design specs, test cases, and training materials
- Coordinate application upgrades and ensure compliance
- Act as a liaison between internal stakeholders and technical teams
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in information systems or human resource management
- 4+ years of application support experience with Infor WFM
- Strong understanding of Infor WFM configuration, data structures, and integrations
- Experience with SQL, Java-GTH/J2EE, Groovy scripting and Cognos Reporting (e.g., Kiro or similar) to support rapid prototyping, workflow simulation, and collaboration with engineering teams
- Proven ability to manage and understand complex pay rules, scheduling and mobility features
- Strong analytic and problem-solving skills
- Strong understanding of agile practices and principles, with a certification in Agile methodology preferred.
- Excellent collaboration, self-leadership, and stakeholder management skills to work with diverse teams and stakeholder groups.
- Excellent communication and engagement capabilities
- Ability to work in virtual teams and manage competing priorities

Preferred Qualifications
- Infor WFM Certification
- Experience with Infor WFM Cloud and latest versions (2024.11+)
- Technical experience with Workbrain API extensions and customizations
- Experience with other Time and Attendance Systems
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Visio)
