About the Role

Delta Dental Ins. is looking for a confident, tech-savvy, and highly organized Executive Assistant I to support multiple leaders within our People (HR) division. This role goes far beyond traditional calendaring by anticipating needs, managing multiple priorities, and bringing structure and creativity to a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Partner with several executives to provide proactive administrative and project support.
- Manage complex calendars and arrange travel with precision.
- Support large-scale virtual and in-person meetings including Zoom/Teams setups.
- Prepare polished correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Track key deliverables, follow up on action items, and maintain confidentiality.
- Coordinate projects, events, and cross-functional initiatives within the People team.
- Act as a liaison between teams to ensure smooth communication and organization.
Qualifications
Minimum of 1+ years experience in an administrative, coordinator, or executive assistant role. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and virtual collaboration tools such as Zoom, Teams, and SharePoint is highly preferred. Candidates must possess excellent communication skills, critical thinking, time management, and the ability to solve problems in a fast-paced environment.
Compensation & Benefits
Base pay ranges from $56,900 to $119,200 and includes competitive incentives along with a comprehensive benefits package.
