Overview

Delta Dental Ins. is looking for a confident, tech-savvy, and highly organized Executive Assistant I to support multiple leaders within our People (HR) division. This role goes far beyond traditional calendaring by anticipating needs, managing multiple priorities, and bringing structure and creativity to a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Partner with several executives to provide proactive administrative and project support.
- Manage complex calendars, arrange travel, and schedule virtual/in-person meetings.
- Set up Zoom/Teams sessions, breakout rooms, and aid in presentation preparations.
- Prepare polished correspondence, reports, and presentation materials.
- Track key deliverables and follow up on action items to keep leaders organized.
- Assist with project coordination, event planning, and cross-functional initiatives.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Maintain clear communication across internal departments and senior management staff.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and address issues in a timely manner.
Qualifications
At least 1+ years of experience in an administrative, coordinator, or executive assistant role is required. A strong command of Microsoft Office and virtual collaboration tools (Zoom, Teams, SharePoint, etc.) is highly preferred. The ideal candidate is a tech-savvy problem solver with excellent communication and time management skills, capable of navigating shifting priorities and handling confidential information.
Compensation & Benefits
This role comes with a competitive base pay (Pay Grade 18: $56,900 - $119,200) and a range of benefits including 401(k) matching, rich medical, pharmacy, dental, vision benefits, holistic wellbeing programs, generous paid time off plus holidays, career development opportunities, family support benefits, and various employee discount programs.
