About the Role
The Director Organizational Effectiveness leads the Organizational Effectiveness team responsible for strategic workforce planning. This role partners with executive business leaders to align people strategies with business objectives and drive organizational growth through change management initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire a team of Organizational Effectiveness Consultants.
- Guide Managers and consultants advising executive clients on workforce strategies.
- Analyze workforce data and trends to inform decision-making.
- Collaborate across People functions to ensure alignment and continuous improvement in HR service delivery.
- Develop and execute strategic workforce plans with executive clients.
- Advise on talent strategies, succession planning, performance management, and organizational design.
- Facilitate executive coaching and integrate change management methodologies.
- Champion an inclusive culture and drive solutions to maximize organizational impact.
Qualifications
BA/BS required; master’s degree preferred. 12+ years of HR business consulting experience and 3+ years in a leadership role. Proven expertise in strategic workforce planning, organizational development, and leadership consulting is essential. Must have strong analytical, facilitation, and communication skills with the ability to influence and empower executive leaders. Travel required approximately 20%.
Compensation & Benefits
Base pay range is estimated between $140,700 and $305,000.
