Overview
The Deputy Head, Group Human Resources & Administration at Delta Asia Financial Group is responsible for overseeing full HR and Administration operations across banking, securities investment, insurance consultancy, and wealth management services in the Hong Kong, Macau and Pearl-River-Delta regions. Established in 1935 in Macau, the Group is now a diversified financial conglomerate with a people-oriented spirit.
Responsibilities
- Oversee recruitment, compensation, performance management, staff engagement, and training.
- Develop and implement HR & Administration strategies, policies, and procedures.
- Act as a strategic partner to senior management and the Board.
- Drive recruitment strategy and talent management initiatives.
- Enhance corporate culture, employee engagement, and continuous learning.
- Ensure precise execution of compensation, benefits, and performance processes.
- Establish and implement control processes for operational compliance.
- Formulate and review HR and Administration policies ensuring legal compliance.
Requirements
- Degree in Business, Human Resources Management or related disciplines.
- 15+ years solid HR experience; experience in financial institutions preferred.
- At least 8 years of management experience and proven team leadership.
- Strong knowledge of Hong Kong employment ordinance; Macau exposure is a plus.
- Excellent presentation, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Meticulous attention to detail and robust analytical abilities.
- Willingness to travel to Macau.
