Role Overview
The Workforce Strategy & Planning Senior Manager leads the development and execution of global workforce strategies for a complex portfolio of 5-8 businesses. This role involves long-term workforce planning, demand forecasting, scenario planning and advising senior leaders including c-suite executives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and lead strategic workforce plans aligned with business objectives.
- Drive demand forecasting, scenario planning and advanced analytics.
- Advise senior leaders on strategic talent and workforce decisions.
- Mentor and upskill teams in workforce planning and analytics.
- Collaborate on innovative projects to evolve technology and planning capabilities.
